Website relaunch

Managing Director, Tetrag AG

What I was most pleased with was Beyondweb's consistent attention to detail. True to the "Care for the little things" philosophy, each section has a matching logo, and each visual message fits into its context. The result is coherent and absolutely convincing. We are very pleased with this fantastic and convincing outcome.

Initial situation

Tetrag AG's website failed to reflect the company or the value it offers its customers. Furthermore, a complicated system made editing and updating content significantly difficult.

Instead of being used as a sales tool, the website was primarily used as a digital business card. The technically formulated content didn't appeal to users and missed their needs. Therefore, Tetrag AG turned to Beyondweb to relaunch the website.

APPROACH

This project was characterized by a strong focus on the user perspective. From the outset, we analyzed the use cases of potential customers and aligned the entire content architecture to how Tetrag AG offers solutions to customers' problems. The goal was to communicate the company's added value clearly and convincingly.

As part of the redesign, we developed user-centered copy, wireframes, and three design systems, as well as over 20 pages of a prototype design. Several rounds of feedback were conducted in a structured manner using feedback software to ensure that the content and design fully met Tetrag's expectations.

After finalizing the site, we developed the website based on WordPress to ensure easy administration and flexible customization. Finally, we trained the Tetrag AG team so they could use the new website efficiently and develop it further independently.

RESULTS

With the website relaunch, Tetrag AG received a completely new page architecture, which now includes seven success stories and six use case pages. The new website strengthens Tetrag AG's positioning and credibility by highlighting the many successful projects with major corporations. The use case pages are particularly well-received by visitors because they specifically address relevant solutions.

Through the targeted use of strategic calls to action, Tetrag AG is now using its website much more effectively as a sales tool. The entire team is extremely satisfied with the timely and detail-oriented implementation. They particularly appreciated the transparent communication throughout the entire project and the strict adherence to the specified budget.

In four overlapping browser windows of the website, various information pages in German on energy solutions and customer success stories are displayed against an orange semicircular background.
