Initial situation

The architecture firm Multistudio from St. Gallen had almost no regional visibility on Google. Users searching for an architecture firm in St. Gallen found Multistudio's Google Business Profile in 20th place on average, as the map on the left visually illustrates.

This lack of local presence meant that potential customer inquiries were being lost and no new customers could be acquired via Google. To solve this problem and reach more customers in their region, Multistudio turned to Beyondweb.

APPROACH

To begin with, we carried out a comprehensive Google profile audit in which we analyzed the positioning of the competition and determined what measures were required to achieve top positions in local searches. We looked at the market situation and competitive dynamics specifically for architecture firms in the St. Gallen region.

In the next step, we comprehensively optimized Multistudio's Google profile. This included updating and optimizing images, FAQs, titles, descriptions and the introduction of offers and promotions. In parallel, we placed 50 backlinks in relevant company directories, as the website is also relevant for local rankings.

In addition, the homepage was optimized for a focus keyword and published. Finally, we reviewed the successes with the help of a local visibility report to ensure that the measures implemented achieved the desired results.

RESULTS

Thanks to the optimization of the Google profile, Multistudio now consistently achieves top 3 positions for the keyword "Architekturbüro St. Gallen". This has led to a 30% increase in share of voice, making Multistudio much more present in the St. Gallen region and targeting potential clients. The strong placement also strengthens trust in the brand and its services.

The increased visibility generates more customer inquiries at the site and enables the acquisition of new customers. Multistudio is extremely satisfied with the results and sees the collaboration with Beyondweb as an important step for its further growth. In the meantime, new projects have already been implemented together.
