Initial situation

The consulting firm HERZKA, known for its dynamic and creative solutions, was looking for a way to optimize its digital presence. The aim was to develop the website from a pure online business card into a platform for digital customer acquisition.

The challenge was to restructure the content in the area of strategy consulting and at the same time emphasize HERZKA's professionalism and creativity.

Herangehensweise

To begin with, we held a strategy workshop with HERZKA to define the strategic goals and determine the target group, design direction and content strategy. Based on user personas and user stories, we developed a user-centered design. The design was developed in several phases, starting with low-fidelity wireframes and progressing to animated high-fidelity Adobe XD mockups.

HERZKA was actively involved in the creation process, using regular feedback loops to continuously refine the design.

For the design, we opted for a minimalist design in the colors white and blue to emphasize the professionalism of the company. These tones were accentuated by pastel colors that reflect the creative, artistic background of the two owners. In addition, we optimized the site structure and content for SEO to increase the visibility of the website.

Resultate

The redesigned website now combines the desired brand positioning with the need to attract digital customers. HERZKA is perceived as both a professional and creative consultancy, which is reflected in the new website.

The number of online leads has increased by an impressive 312%. The positive feedback and high level of customer satisfaction confirm the success of the redesign. The project shows that a well-designed website and a targeted online strategy can have a decisive influence on business success.
