Initial situation

GGZ@Work, a non-profit company focusing on work integration, was faced with the challenge of finding a balance between competitive pricing and the quality of the services provided. The company provides jobs for people who want to reintegrate into the labor market, which means that the quality of service is not always at the same professional level.

The aim was to gain new insights into how prices can be restructured and how GGZ@Work can reach more customers in the Zug region in a targeted manner.

Herangehensweise

To begin with, we carried out a comprehensive analysis to gain a precise understanding of GGZ@Work's market position. We examined the pricing structures of the competition and analyzed how much is charged for comparable services. In addition, we took a closer look at the internal costs for services and marketing activities in order to identify opportunities for optimization.

Another focus was on improving online visibility in the Zug region. We analyzed the current rankings of GGZ@Work, identified optimization potential and showed how they can be found by more customers through targeted SEO measures.

Based on this analysis, we developed a strategy with specific recommendations for action. This included positioning against the competition, suggestions for more effective marketing activities and optimizations to make better use of existing traffic. The results and recommendations were presented to the management in a clearly structured presentation.

Resultate

The project with GGZ@Work is an excellent example of Beyondweb's holistic approach, which supports companies in sustainably optimizing their strategy and marketing activities. Following a detailed analysis of the market and competitive situation as well as internal factors, GGZ@Work was able to take targeted measures that had a significant impact on sales.

The implementation of the strategy led to a measurable improvement in rankings and thus to greater visibility among potential customers.
